This is a brand new and original Xbox 360 Slim laser lens model HOP-150XX.  Replacement for the slim Xbox 360 Liteon drives with PCB model number G2R2.

This replacement can resolve the following issues;

System shows a message “Disc Read Errors” or disc appears damaged or dirty,
System only read certain games or movies,
Long/ extended loading times,
Games/ movies skipping and freezing,
Disc is spinning but not reading.
